These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the purchase of products, including medicines, from participating pharmacies of ScriptIT ("we," "us," "our") by the customer ("you," "your").
By placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms.
All transactions are conducted in compliance with Australian Consumer Law, the Therapeutic Goods Act 1989, and other relevant legislation. We are committed to providing safe, legal, and regulated pharmaceutical products.
3.1 Prescription Requirements: Certain products may require a valid prescription from a licensed healthcare provider. You agree to provide accurate and current prescription information when required.
3.2 Verification: Participating pharmacies of ScriptIT may verify your prescription with your prescribing healthcare provider before fulfilling your order.
4.1 Acceptance of Orders: All orders are subject to acceptance by participating pharmacies of ScriptIT. They reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason, including stock availability or issues with the prescription provided.
4.2 Order Confirmation: Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with details of the order. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the order.
5.1 Pricing: All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and Services Tax) unless otherwise stated.
5.2 Payment: Payment is required at the time of order placement.
5.3 Price Changes: Prices are subject to change without notice. Orders will be charged at the price in effect at the time of order placement.
6.1 Shipping Policy: We ship products within Australia only. Shipping times may vary based on location and availability.
6.2 Delivery Timeframes: Estimated delivery times are provided at the time of order. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, and we are not liable for any delay beyond our control.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the replacement of the product or refund of the purchase price. Participating pharmacies of ScriptIT are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
