Frequently asked questions

Overview

Using ScriptIT is simple and straightforward. Here’s how it works:

  1. Register on ScriptIT.
  2. Log in to your profile.
  3. Add your Script Token Number.
  4. Click “Order Now.”
  5. Choose a pharmacy that meets your needs.
  6. Your product will either Match, Partial Match, or show as Unmatched:
    • Match – The system matches your prescribed medication to a product.
    • Partial Match – The medication name doesn’t fully match, but we’ve identified potential options. You’ll need to confirm the correct product. If it doesn’t match, click “Unmatched” and proceed.
    • Unmatched – Your product isn’t in our system, but don’t worry! Your request will be sent to the pharmacy for review.
  7. Go to the order summary, enter your address, and select Delivery or Pickup.
  8. Click “Submit.” If you’re unverified, the pharmacy will confirm your identification and script details.
  9. Once approved, proceed to payment.
  10. After payment, the pharmacy will dispense your order.
  11. Depending on your choice, your order will either be delivered or be ready for pickup.

If you’re unverified, it means the pharmacy needs to confirm your identification matches your script. This is a one-time process for each pharmacy. Once verified, you can place orders anytime. Note that if you change your address or notification details, you may need to re-verify with the pharmacy.

  • Match – Your prescribed medication precisely matches a product in the system.
  • Partial Match – We’ve found a similar medication, but the match isn’t exact. You need to confirm or pick the right product. If you believe it’s incorrect, click “Unmatched” and proceed.
  • Unmatched – The system couldn’t find a match for your prescription. Don’t worry! The pharmacy will review your script and provide the right product for you.

A backorder product is a medication the pharmacy doesn’t currently have in stock but can request for you. This may slightly delay dispensing while the product is delivered to the pharmacy.

After the pharmacy approves your order, you’ll receive a notification with a payment link to complete your transaction.

The pricing for both your prescription medications and delivery services is set directly by the pharmacy you choose. You will know the pricing of your prescription at the time of placing your order, ensuring full transparency before you proceed.

Pharmacies typically dispense approved orders within 2 days. Backordered products may take longer depending on availability.

You’ll receive the pharmacy’s contact details after placing your order. Reach out to them directly using your Order Number for any queries.

Once the pharmacy dispenses your original or repeat medication, ScriptIT uploads your repeat token to your My Scripts Profile. It will be ready for your next order.

Yes, you can choose to be verified with as many partnered pharmacies as you like, based on where you’d prefer your prescriptions fulfilled.

A pharmacy can cancel your order if:

  • Your script isn’t due yet.
  • Your verification doesn’t meet the required points.

If an order is cancelled, you’ll be notified with the reason, and your script will remain in your My Scripts Profile for future orders.

Pending status indicates the pharmacy has made a change to your order. This could happen if:

  • The original product was unmatched.
  • The pharmacy identified a better product match.

If you’re satisfied with the change, press the “Accept” button to proceed with your order.
